End User License Agreement

Important: Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using EasyCapture Pro. By installing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. Grant of License
EasyCapture Pro ("Software") is provided to you at no cost for personal and commercial use. This license grants you the following rights:
- Install and use the Software on any number of computers you own or control
- Make copies of the Software for backup purposes
- Use the Software for both personal and commercial purposes
- Share the official download link with others
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Redistribute modified versions of the Software
- Use the Software to capture or distribute illegal content
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to EasyCapture Pro and title thereto remains exclusively with EasyCapture Pro. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Software are and will remain in EasyCapture Pro.
4. User Content
Screenshots and images you create using the Software belong to you. By using our cloud upload service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you capture and share. You agree not to use the Software to capture, store, or distribute:
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Malware or malicious code
- Private or confidential information without authorization
5. Cloud Services
The Software includes optional cloud upload functionality. By using this feature:
- You acknowledge that images are uploaded to our servers
- Uploaded images may be automatically deleted after a retention period
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates this agreement
- Service availability is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. The Software:
- Does not collect personal information without your consent
- Does not include advertising or tracking software
- Only transmits screenshot data when you explicitly use the upload feature
- May collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the product

7. Updates
The Software may automatically check for and install updates. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security patches. By using the Software, you consent to receiving automatic updates.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYCAPTURE PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
10. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyCapture Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Software or on our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
